Make Camp Journal yours.
For camps that gift or sell Camp Journal, we offer personalization. Your camp's name and logo printed on color labels, sized to the inside back cover — just below "See You Next Year." A small touch that turns the Journal into a keepsake your camp's name lives on.

How the labels work
- We print the labels and ship them with your order.
- Your team affixes one to the inside back cover of each Journal.
- Allow 7–10 business days for label printing on top of standard shipping.
Prefer to print your own?
Many camps do. We'll send instructions and a link to labels you can order on Amazon. You print and affix on your end. No extra cost.
Trade-offs worth knowing
With the Sell option, parents may not see Camp Journal during dropoff, so some campers will have a copy and others will not. Camps that sell the Camp Journal often send a brief pre-camp email to parents so the choice is visible.
Referral program · For camps
How the referral program works.
You enroll once. We send a custom URL that's unique to your camp. Share it with families — in your pre-camp emails, your parent portal, your camp store page. When a parent buys through your custom link, we attribute it to your camp.
What you earn
- $2.50 per copy purchased via your custom URL on campjournal.com or via your Amazon-attributed link.
- Two options: take the earnings as a payout, or donate them to A Journal for Every Camper — our program that brings Camp Journal to campers who otherwise wouldn't have one.
- Many camps split: take a portion, donate the rest. Your call at enrollment.
What we handle
- All ordering, payment, and shipping.
- Journals arrive at the camper's home before camp.
- Quarterly attribution reports sent to you.

- Sharing your link with families — ideally in 2–3 pre-camp emails for visibility.
Trade-offs worth knowing
Not all parents will order, so some campers will have a copy of Camp Journal and others will not. The trade-off: no need for your staff to handle inventory, and the parents who want the Journal can easily get one.
